[CWB] [CQPweb] Manage users now throwing an error

This one seems to be my fault, as I was deleting an obsolete corpus, user groups and users as part of a spring cleaning, as it were, and this problem appeared.

When I choose Manage Users now, I get the error below.

Mea culpa aside, and idea how I can fix this?
