[CWB] upgrade_database fails

Hi,
same error when doing a fresh install:

Installing database structure; please wait.

 PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function
print_debug_message() in /var/www/html/CQPweb/lib/sql-lib.php:189
