[CWB] Metadata installation error with CQPweb latest

I think this may be related to your server config. Take a look at page 13 in here: http://cwb.sourceforge.net/files/CQPwebAdminManual.pdf
There is a discussion of LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE and what your options are.

Hi, All,

I tried to install a new corpus on  the latest version of CQPweb, but when I configure the meta data for the newly installed corpus, the following error  recurs:

Original query: LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE '/home/yuan/Workspace/cwb_data/corpora/cqpweb/tmp/___install_temp_g86zygztfwg' INTO TABLE `text_metadata_for_bnc` FIELDS ESCAPED BY '' /* from User: 'myusername'| Function: create_text_metadata_from_file() | 2019-Oct-22 15:12 */

Error # 1148: The used command is not allowed with this MySQL version
