Allow a template to be specified when importing a pre-CWB-indexed corpus, so that the features that AREN'T readable from the registry file can be set

How to implement, have a parameter "lookup-xml-template" -> if specified, then the s-attributes found will be looked up in the template, and if info is found, it will be set up according to the template.
