[CWB] Corpus undefined error

Hello to all,
I've just tried to install a new corpus on my server with cwpweb 3.2.30. 
Everything has been running perfectly but... 1) the installation failed 
and 2) nothing now works; I get the following message with queries, for 
example: Corpus ``TOWERS_BETA'' is undefined
Any help on
1) what I have done to provoke this and
2) how I can set things back to rights
would be very, very much appreciated!
