Are you sure the install-linux script for 3.4 is ready for serious deployment? I have never had any issues with installing CWB untill I ran into this problem with Debian buster, and I installed it at least 100 times I think - but as part of my install script installing 3.4 as instructed thusfar has led to somewhat disappointing results:

- Debian buster: works like a charm

- Ubuntu 17: somehow, the script refuses to properly do the apt-get install, even though when install the Ubuntu packages listed in there from the command line directly, they install fine, and from the looks of it, the script should recognize it properly; so not sure where this issue comes from, and after installing the dependencies it does work

- Fedora 7: the packages do get installed, but it fails to install giving an error at some point stating there are “multiple definitions of errormsg”

I will keep testing it on various systems, and can report more if you want me to, and also attempt to find workarounds, but if it fails on too many systems, I will have to revert to 3.0 for those systems at least …. It would be a shame if CWB would become less easy to install, because it has always been one of its strong points...
