[CWB] Display problems with latin1-Encodings in CWB

Hi,

when I access a corpus that has been encoded with charset latin1 in CWB v3.4.22, all Umlauts are displayed as „?“ e.g. "w?hrend der ?lkrise“.

Is there a way to fix this?
