… a pull request is called a "patch" and comes in a text file.

I'm not proficient at vetting and applying patches, though, so I'm not sure how good we'll be at accepting them.  Probably feasible if the patch is against current SVN trunk _and_ we're not in the middle of making substantial changes that would conflict with the patch.
