[CWB] CWB PERL Module (align-import)

The CWB/Perl modules in SVN trunk/ are up-to-date – I'm a heavy user myself, so I keep them aligned with any updates to the main CWB source code, and they're also used as test suites for CWB and CQP.

The CWB/Perl version numbers are still 3.0.x because they're compatible both with 3.0 and 3.4 series.  When we finally take the last steps to releasing stable 3.5 officially, the Perl modules will also be "upgraded" to 3.5.
