Hi Scott,
The 3.2-latest branch is still the one recommended for most people (it's at 3.2.43 presently). 3.3 in the trunk is giving me a series of headaches which only the very brave should seek to share.
So those are all the right directories to check out for a fresh installation.

My server has been working admirably without being touched for over a year, but I feel it's time to update to the latest version. However, I'm a bit confused by what I should update to (I vaguely remember something about the trunk changing, rebasing, or somesuch).
I'm currently running build 1474 of everything, with CQP reporting version 3.4.22. My source dirs are as follows:

The last item seems fishy to me, but I'm also not sure the other entries are still the appropriate ones. What should I be using here?
Also, any caveats or warnings regarding such a big update?
