[CWB] CQPWeb trouble uploading corpora

Hi Beth

This happens because, when a corpus installation fails it can sometimes stay on the job queue, and you can only have so many entries on the job queue (actually, just one per user).

the installer plugin ought to be able to detect the failure and take it off the job queue, while adding a note to describe the failure. However, there are error conditions that I haven't predicted and which will not be detected. If you get one of these, it is a bug in the plugin in question.

In this case, however, the problem wasn't your process, but some stuck in the queue ahead of yours. So fixing it is a sys admin issue, rather than a bug, which you can send just to me and not the list.  Right now I've unjammed the blockage but it will likely happen again until I isolate the bug.

Dear Andrew

I am creating a corpus in CQPWeb. It is stuck in queue. I get a message that says I can´t add another corpus until this process has completed. I am working with Sean Murphy and he has the same problem with there being a block in the system. The corpora uploads but is taking a long time to appear under view your corpora. Could you look into this? I attach some screenshots below.
