[CWB] BNC XML edition and CQPWeb

Dear Josep,

that's a great idea, but it sounds like you might need to start writing the tutorial … 

The starting point should be the BNC XML encoder provided for BNCweb, making sure that the encoding is set to utf8 rather than one of the default legacy formats.  Installing the corpus in CQPweb will require expertise with recent versions of CQPweb and their new support for speaker-level metadata (I'm completely out of my depth there, haven't dared upgrade my own CQPweb server yet).
