[CWB] Custom metadata structure ends in "No input file specified for metadata installation!"

CQPWeb: v3.2.43
Php 8.1
mysql  Ver 8.0.30-0ubuntu0.22.04.1 for Linux on x86_64 ((Ubuntu))

I'm selecting "Custom metadata structure" as instructed in "Choose template
for text metadata structure *(or select "Custom metadata structure" and
specify annotations in the boxes below)"*

But anyway I'm getting:

No input file specified for metadata installation!
