[CWB] Custom metadata structure ends in "No input file specified for metadata installation!"

Mmm, I don't have that option "don’t use a template, I’ll specify the
columns in the form below"  in my interface, just "Custom metadata
structure" .... I've clicked the button several times, but no other
option...
