[CWB] Metadata Handles and Descriptions

In the preparation of the Royal Society Corpus we have added per-text 
DOIs as attributes to the <text> tags (in fact, we have added it in two 
flavours, as a plain DOI, and as a DOI link with the full specification 
of "http://dx.doi.org/" that is clickable in the web browser. You can 
take a glimpse of our approach here
