[CWB] Best, faster and safe way to upgrade cqpweb

Thanks Andrew,
for clarifying my misapprehension, just to answer your uncertainty about
the version I started with, it is 3.2.43
Now that I have it clearer, I will run again the updating process, paying
much more attention to every message the script gives back...
