I believe I have found the root cause of the alignment issue: I realized I forgot to include the s attribute (s_id) when installing the corpora.

We have installed two separate corpora and added alignment using command-line CWB methods. However, when we conduct a query, the results still do not show any alignment.

I am not sure where I should look to identify and resolve this issue. Could you please provide some guidance on troubleshooting the CWB alignment process?
