is there a way to get cwb-make functionality on Windows? CWB is installed on my machine (basic commands like cqp -e, cwb-encode etc. work), now I am wondering how to enocde corpora. I downloaded the cwb-make
module from CPAN, but can't compile the makefile, since cwb-config is absent from CWB/bin. I guess I am just doing something wrong, but I wanted to get around the necessity of using cwb-huffcode etc. after encoding my data.
