at the last step when I was trying "installing with a pre-indexed corpus", to create the metadata for the corpus, and I am prompted "The requested URL /dickens/index.php was not found on this server. "</span><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI";color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
