</span>You're screen shot shows the start tag for text ST2, which doesn't cause any problems in the CQPweb concordance.<br>

It's probably the previous text that doesn't work, so look for that start tag and show us another screenshot.<br>

That's actually what the warning from cwb-encode suggests: there is no opening <text> tag corresponding to the closing </text> tag on line 52189 – this "missing" <text> tag is probably the culprit. I suspect it isn't actually missing, but the format is so damaged that cwb-encode wasn't able to parse it properly.<br>
