[CWB] Stable CQP Tutorial URLs?

Could you please generate http://cwb.sourceforge.net/files/CQP_Tutorial/
with stable URLs?

E.g., I've been linking to
http://cwb.sourceforge.net/files/CQP_Tutorial/node48.html for a while,
because at the time it pointed to "Appendix 1: Summary of regular
expression syntax", but I just now noticed this has become "8.4: MU
queries".

I'll fix my link, but this problem will happen again in the future unless
the tutorial has stable filenames.
