[CWB] Problems after upgrade from cqpweb 3.2.42 to 3.3.17

I have (on a test server) just upgraded our cqpweb installation with 
quite a history from version 3.2.42 to 3.3.17.

After the upgrade, I run into the following problem:

Frequency Breakdown and Distribution do not work any longer,

Frequency Breakdown throws an error:

CQPweb encountered an error and could not continue.

Your frequency breakdown request produced no results (possible database 
error; if so, contact the system administrator).

And Distribution just produces this output:
