[CWB] Problems after upgrade from cqpweb 3.2.42 to 3.3.17

More details on the problem:

The cqpweb is installed on a brand new server running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS 
and php version 8.1
I checked that the configuration
mysqli.allow_local_infile = On
is set both in /etc/php/8.1/apache2/php.ini and /etc/php/8.1/cli/php.ini

cqp, cqp-perl, and cqpweb are installed from the most recent trunk 
(revision 1826).

I re-generated the frequency tables for the corpus in question, with no 
change of the results

Still stuck ...
