Hi Luis,

No, the metadata file is not automatically generated. If you have text-level metadata, you need to supply the file. The format is expected ot be MySQL input format, IE tab delimited values with text ID codes in the first column.

If you don't have text metadata, then just skip this stage by using the "minimalist" metadata button at the bottom.

best

Andrew

Subject: [CWB] Choose the file containing the metadata

Hi everyone, I'm sorry for being tiring but I have a new doubt. I'm
currently installing my own corpus and I'm getting stuck inserting a
text-metadata table for it.

I don't know which file should I select when "Choose the file containing
the metadata" sentece appears. It's automatically generated thanks to
other previous step? Should I write it manually? How to do that? Using
the CLI with CWB commands?

Thank you so much.

Best regards,

Luis.
